EGU blog feature on debris covered glaciers

The debris-covered glaciers session at EGU 2012 was very well attended with a particularly busy poster session.

Adam Booth chose to cover the session in his blog reportage from the conference and you can read his impressions of the session and the science going on in the field here:

The abstracts from the presentations, including author contact details, and available on the EGU2012 website:

If the authors choose to make them available, their presentations can be downloaded from the same site under the conditions of a Creative Commons licence.

About lindsey

Environmental scientist. I am glaciologist specialising in glacier-climate interactions to better understand the climate system. The point of this is to understand how glaciated envionments might change in the future - how the glaciers will respond and what the impact on associated water resources and hazard potential will be.
